Hi Ali! Just the one but its our first one so we're really proud! It's a Chantenay so its supposed to be a little'un! (it's our excuse and we're sticking to it!) We were just trying to thin them out a bit more so we were chuffed it had a little carrot on it! Now we're just about to roast the rest of the harvest!
well all I can say is well done. I am rubbish at carrots. due to being in "lavender land" we have very chalky ground and they don't like it much. I have tried, tried and giving them a final go this year. Had a little success and some very very wierd shapes which I chopped froze, and put in stews but i don't think I will bother next year! you win some you loose some!! Ali x
